Ultracolor Plus FA - with DropEffect ™ technology - is an efflorescence-free, shrinkage-free, uniform color, polymer-modified, fast-setting grout, with fine aggregate and ultra-superior quality, for joints with a width of 1.5 mm to 19 mm (1/16 "" to 3/4 ""). DropEffect technology reduces surface absorption to help repel water and dirt to prevent it from entering grout joints. Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated with MAPEI's cementitious hyperhydration technology (HCTMC) to eliminate problems commonly associated with Portland cement based grouts, such as uneven color and efflorescence.
